  Overall a great experience and I recommend this Hotel to families with older kids. There are a lot of elderly people looking for quiet and relaxing times. You can feel the stares if your kid makes a louder peep than normal. Normal is really quiet!

  Really nice hotel with a great staff and beautiful ocean view. Little bit dated furniture, but overall a place I love and return to every year. Recommended! 4.5 stars!

  The food was really good quality and varied. The stars of the show for us were the fish, particularly the SSalmon cook in salt, and the steaks. Brilliantly cooked and fresh. Vegetables and fruit delicious and flavourful. The tomatoes and the citrus...to die for! Worth mentioning are the fresh juices, from real fruit, available breakfast and dinner...exquisite.

  Kids are welcome and acommodated over meals, snacks and play times. The beach is not that easy accessed with buggies and you have to pay for lounge chairs and umbrella. The kiddie pool was very cold due to constant chamge of the water. The Jaccusi was very cold due to the same. There is a pool table, ping pong, and foosball table which appealed to my older kids and they enjoyed it very much.

  Great food, excellent and super friendly staff. Lots of steps everywhere though so maybe not great if you have a buggy, wheelchair etc.

  Details like that were not far nor few. The exchanges of towels and even the surprise bag for the day we venture to Cofete...marvellous and handy to carry all.

  The journey started when we arrived very late at night, after dinner time was close. Check in was a bliss and they were expecting us at the restaurant with tables set up with a light supper that we enjoyed very much!

  The hotel is immaculate clean, you see wonderful people everyday, all day maintaining such standards.

  As I must always keep it real, things that may need a bit of twicking...Pool hours are till 7 which is a bit unrealistic since second dinner slot starts at 8. They start picking up the chaise pillows and rearranging lounge chair at 5.30, going in between guests with mounds of pillows and making noise moving the furniture which makes you feel that you can't relax, and you are in the middle. One day they even go out with brims and buckets and started sweeping and cleaning with us still lounging, quite frankly, a bit rude. I understand they want to leave, but management may want to change timming. Maybe closing the area after seven one day and leave the people to do all the jobs at once. Would be less disruptive than constantly do it amongst guest for almost 2 hours. Especially cause people come out after dinner and start moving lounges again to enjoy the sunset!
